What additional software will I need to watch NYSE 4 ON THE FLOOR?

You will need either RealPlayer or Windows Media Player, and a system configured with these recommended system requirements: 300Mhz with 64MB RAM, 800x600 screen resolution.

I still don't see the video/interview after clicking "Play."


There are a number of reasons you could be experiencing this difficulty:
· Verify that your computer has a recent version of RealPlayer or Windows Media Player installed and selected.
· See if your network operates under a firewall. If so, ask your systems administrator to open a port for your player.
· The webcast could be delayed due to net congestion and/or traffic on your network provider. If that's the case, and you've selected the 300k stream, try the 56k stream instead.

Go to any interview and click on the "change connection and player settings" link. Then choose your new settings.

How can I find a specific interview or transcript?

All interviews feature links to full text transcripts. To find an interview or transcript, click on "Guest Archive." Once you've entered the "Guest Archive", you can search by keyword (a CEO name, company/organization name, etc.) or you can browse alphabetically, by name or company/organization.

How do I print transcripts?
On the "View Transcript" screen, click "Printer-Friendly Version." A pop-up window featuring a printer-friendly version of the transcript will open, as will your printer dialog box. Make sure your printer is connected and has power. Then click "OK" in the dialog box to print the transcript.
